For stuff u can add (i havent actually played idk how to get in) some that my players liked when i owned a server were
Balmug, Custom Whips, Zammy Spear, Rune God Armour (With effects), Pk'ing Places that restrict stuff like A F2P Pk'ing area,Hybrid only place, store to sell all of your stuff, Ring Of Flying, Quests for certain items, Quest box for gloves bronze-barrows, Quest cape, Jad, Drygore wepons, Custom Torva Wepons, Custom ava's and home as Lumbridge Training Place (I can show u ingame if u please)
that is all i can think about atm thanks for reading
